What Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal.

Are your courses good for beginners?

We offer a range of courses, including courses specifically designed for beginners.  All beginners courses are tagged with the word “Beginner”. 

Do you give one-on-one support if I don't understand something?

Each course is self-paced. If you need additional personal support over and beyond the course materials, you may need to book in a personal training session that can be held via Microsoft Teams, over the phone or in person in Brisbane.

Do I get access to the full course when I enrol?

Yes absolutely! We are not fans of the drip feed strategy where you only get access to another bit every week or so. As soon as you sign up, you get access to every lesson in the course.

Do you offer refunds if I don't like the course?

Yes. If you are unhappy that the content doesn’t teach you what you need to know to tackle the tasks outlined in the course outline, then drop us a line requesting a refund and letting us know what the issue was.

What format are the courses in?

Everyone learns differently, which is why each course is a mix of written notes, screenshots so you can see what to click and videos to talk you through things. Depending on the course, you will also get checklists in Word or PDF format so you can check steps off as you go.
